I offer individual coaching, coaching programs for leadership teams, group coaching, and leadership diagnostics, and am supported by almost a decade of leadership coaching experience at all organisational levels.

    I create personalised developmental journeys for leaders at every level of an organisation, including C-suite executives, underpinned by each leader's strategic goals and challenges.  

    Coaching is conducted in-person or online and may take the form of an ongoing coaching engagement, or a contained coaching program, with set number of sessions determined by a leader's needs.

  • Team & Group Coaching

    I facilitate group coaching and peer-to-peer feedback sessions for executive leadership teams, to develop optimal team performance built on curiosity, candour, trust, and appreciation of strengths.

    I am accredited in research-backed leadership assessments that measure mindset, developmental stage, and leadership capacity,  including:
